Shipping Information

We do our best to ship within 48 hours during normal business days Tuesday through Friday from the time we receive your order. 

We utilize either UPS or the United States Postal Service for shipping orders.  You will have the option at checkout to select which is right for your destination.  UPS does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or to P.O. Boxes.

Missouri Residents must pay sales tax of 6.475%.  Want to pick-up your order?  Send us an email after ordering and we can possibly waive the shipping charge if you are able to come pick-up your order directly from us.

We currently no longer ship to international addresses.

Returns are offered on the purchase price of the items only for 30-days from your order.  We do not refund shipping charges for either the original order nor to return the package to us.  It is at our discretion to offer a credit to the credit card used or store credit.  If your order was paid for by check, we will issue a refund check or store credit.  No refunds are offered on our Home Spa products.

About Botanical Earth products

As with all body care products, adverse reactions are possible with certain individuals and everyone is different.  If you have medical conditions that give you concern, we recommend consulting your health care provider.  If there is any concern regarding ingredients, the best source of information would be your personal physician as only he/she knows your condition and can advise you whether or not the use of products containing certain ingredients is advisable.

None of our products nor statements have been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).  The FDA sets standards by which products are made, claims and ingredients.  We follow published FDA requirements and rules for making body care products.  For more information involving the rules set by the FDA for body care manufactures, please see www.fda.gov website.  Most all of our cosmetic recipes have been challenged tested by medical professionals to ensure preservative stability, ingredient quality and safety with a variety of skin types.  Custom orders must sign a Release acknowledging known dangers from limited preservative products, how to handle and to maintain quality.

Botanical Earth does not state nor claim to diagnose, treat or cure any disease.  You should seek a qualified health care professional who can give you choices for your treatment needs.  Also, by using any of our products, we do not claim disease will be prevented.  Take responsibility for your health and understand treatment procedures recommended by your health care provider.  Every person is different and certain combinations will affect each individual differently.  If you have any medical conditions, take prescription or non-prescription drugs, experience sensitivity to other products, we STRONGLY recommend contacting your health care professional regarding the use of herbal and essential oil products for personal or home use.

Allergic reaction is always possible.  We highly recommend testing Botanical Earth products on a small patch of skin to see if you do have reactions to the ingredients.  Allow 24 hours to pass prior to full usage.  If there is any sign of redness or irritation appears, discontinue use.  If you have a problem with any of our products after purchasing them from us, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Governing Law

The laws of the State of Missouri shall govern the construction, interpretation and performance of purchases and any claims or suits arising out of purchase both on-line and/or from retailers who carry our products, will be litigated in courts located within Missouri.  Retail customers, by purchasing from our on-line store or from an authorized retailer, hereby consents to the jurisdiction of any local, state  or federal court located within the State of Missouri.
