Please allow 1 - 4 business days from the time you order to the time we ship. If you are in a rush, please make a note in your order and we will do our best to speed up our handling process.
Shipping
You have an option of having your package shipped by UPS or USPS Priority Mail. We only use these two shipping options. All of our packages come with tracking information so you can confirm delivery of your order. This service is free of charge. If you feel the package needs to be insured, please select the insurance option at check out.
Payment
We accept payment of either Visa / MasterCard / Discover Card / American Express or PayPal along with GiveAnything.com Gift Certificates. You are NOT charged until we ship your order so adjustments can be made prior to shipping.
Botanical Earth does not accept Money Orders or Personal Checks.

1. Regarding our products
As with all body care products, adverse reactions are possible with certain individuals and everyone is different. If you have medical conditions that give you concern, we recommend consulting your health care provider. None of our products nor statements on our site have been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The FDA sets standards by which products are made, claims and ingredients. Most all of our cosmetic recipes have been challenged tested by medical professionals to ensure preservative stability, ingredient quality and safety with a variety of skin types. Custom orders must sign a Release acknowledging known dangers from limited preservative products, how to handle andmaintain quality.
Botanical Earth does not state nor claim that any of the products listed diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Allergic reaction is always possible. We highly recommend testing products on a small patch of skin to see if you do have reactions to the ingredients. Allow 24 hours to pass prior to full usage. If there is any sign of redness or irritation appears, discontinue use. 2. Govering Law
The laws of the State of Missouri shall govern the construction, interpretation and performance of purchases and any claims or suits arising out of purchase both on-line and/or from retailers who carry our products, will be litigated in courts located within Missouri. Retail customers, by purchasing from our on-line store or from an authorized retailer, hereby consents to the jurisdiction of any local, state or federal court located within the State of Missouri.
3. Errors in print material or on website
Errors: Descriptive, typographic, photographic error are subject to correction. We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered. All policies and prices, excluding our privacy policy, are subject to change without notice.
